Dale's Pale Ale. It comes in a can. It's Ale. It tastes good. Ale? In a can?? It can't be!!
The other night I stopped by a local beer vendor, The Fooderyat 10th & Pine in Philadelphia, PA & picked up a sixpack of Dale's Pale Ale. It's made in Colorado by the Oskar Blues Restaraunt & Brewery. This beer was Fan - Tastick! There was a bite to the nose as the can approached my mouth. I took a sip, then a good long pull from this can of nectar & felt it roll back over my tongue & down my throat. The aftertaste was pleasing, leaving me wanting another swig. I poured the rest of it into a glass & watched the head clear. I held it up to the light, mesmerized by its incandescence. I held my finger up to the other side of the glass. I could make out the shape of my finger, but I couldn't make out a cuticle or fingernail, much less my fingerprint.

as saying: "After the White House what is there to do but drink?" He

top ten could he be included?

Buren had a reputation for being able to drink large quantities of alcohol
without showing signs of drunkenness.

too.

"The world is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good is my religion." - Thomas Paine
A couple of nights ago I was sitting at the bar in Atlantis: The Lost Bar, on Frankford Avenue in the Lower Kensington burough of Philadelphia quaffing a pint of Yards India Pale Ale & a shot of Wild Turkey Burbon while catching the late news, when the story broke about the 27 miners in Canada who survived a mine fire because they had set up safe places with adequate food & water to sustain themselves in the event of a disaster. I was astonished that another country so close to ours has such a better success rate with hazardous occupations when hazards occur. 12 Miners died in Alabama in 2001, & the company was fined $3,000. When a parent's child dies in Iraq fighting for our freedom, the family recieves $12,000 from the government to compensate for the loss of their pride & joy. Millions of viewers saw Janet Jackson's nipple & the Super Bowl had to pay $550,000.
According to a diary entry from a passenger on the Mayflower, the pilgrims made their landing at Plymouth Rock, rather than continue to their destination in Virginia, due to lack of beer.
